This is an estimate. The final price is confirmed before booking and may be adjusted if the property's condition, size, or scope differs materially from what you provided.
Scope of Services. You are purchasing the tasks specifically included in your selected cleaning package (Standard Clean) plus any add-ons you selected or WashPit-approved additional services. Tasks outside that scope are not automatically included. Vent cleaning means accessible exterior dusting/wiping of vent covers only — removal/disassembly, HVAC/duct cleaning, or cleaning inside ductwork is not included unless WashPit approves it as an additional service.
Access to Property. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property and disclose access instructions, pets, hazards, fragile items, or areas that should not be cleaned. Cleaners are not expected to move heavy furniture or appliances, disassemble fixtures, or perform hazardous or biohazard cleanup.
Cancellation & Rescheduling. Standard bookings need at least 48 hours' notice. Requests under 48 hours are accepted as rush (STAT) orders with a $50.00 upcharge. Recurring cleaning discounts require scheduling 3 cleanings in advance; cancelling before completing all 3 may result in a $30.00 cancellation fee.
Payment Terms. The displayed amount is an estimate; final pricing is confirmed before booking and is due per the agreed terms. Material changes to scope or property condition will be communicated before work proceeds.
Satisfaction & Issue Reporting. If anything is not right, contact WashPit within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Add-On Services. Selected add-ons are performed only when included in your booking or specifically approved. Custom additional services require WashPit approval and may change the price.
Safety & Health. You agree to disclose any conditions affecting safe cleaning and to keep people and pets clear of cleaning products and equipment as needed.
Photography & Documentation. WashPit may document the cleaning for quality and your completion report. Customer-facing reports do not include internal staff notes.
Limitations & Liability. WashPit is not liable for pre-existing damage, items requiring disassembly, or work outside the booked scope. Liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
Termination of Service. WashPit may decline or stop work if access or conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
Entire Agreement. This authorization, together with the booking summary and any WashPit-approved changes, is the complete agreement for this cleaning.
